ILMS runs the legal department of a multi-entity university group. Every notice, case, contract, MOU, opinion and RTI request becomes a matter with its own 360° page: parties, deadlines, hearings, documents, risk scores and a timeline. Work moves through stage-by-stage workflows with owners, checklists and escalation, and a maker-checker rule means nobody approves their own drafts. Drafts are written together in a live workspace with comments, suggestions and track changes, helped by an AI assistant whose output is always labelled and needs human approval.
