HRMS is a full HR back office in one Laravel app. Four roles (Super Admin, HR Admin, Manager, Employee) get granular per-module permissions. Employees have full profiles with document uploads (Aadhaar, PAN, offer letters, contracts), departments and employment types. Attendance supports check-in/check-out with present, absent, half-day and work-from-home statuses, CSV export and reports. Leave types (CL, SL, EL) carry forward and move through a manager/HR approval workflow. Payroll builds salary structures with HRA, transport and other allowances, deducts PF, ESI and TDS, and produces salary-slip PDFs. Tasks with priorities and due dates, a holiday calendar, database-managed SMTP settings and a role-aware dashboard with charts round it out, with a Pest test suite behind it.
