Doctors in a busy outpatient clinic record the consultation in the browser or upload the audio. OPD Scribe separates the speakers into doctor, patient and attendant, transcribes Hindi, Hinglish and other Indian languages, and writes a clinical summary with red flags, differential diagnoses with ICD-10 codes, a printable draft prescription and a SOAP note. The transcript stays synced to the audio, and failed runs can be retried without paying for transcription again.
