Global Matrix Solution: a React site with a 3D globe and a Laravel CMS behind it

Case study · October 18, 2026 · 2 min read

A software company’s website that had to feel modern on the outside and be editable on the inside. React 19 and Three.js for the marketing site, Laravel 12 for an admin CMS with an editor for every service page and a Google Analytics dashboard.

Global Matrix Solution is a software company in Meerut, and for most of a year it was also my employer. Their website is the clearest example of the hybrid I recommend often: a fast, animated front built in React, and a proper admin panel behind it so the team edits every page without a developer.

The front

React 19 with smooth scrolling and an animated 3D globe in Three.js on the hero. The globe is the kind of thing that is easy to overdo; it is tuned to run on a mid-range phone without heating it up, and it falls back to a static image where WebGL is not available. Pages for services, about, careers, blog and contact, all reading their content from the API.

The back

A Laravel 12 admin CMS. Each service page has its own editor with the fields the page actually uses (headline, sections, images, call to action), so nobody has to fight a generic rich-text box into shape. Authentication is Laravel Sanctum. There is a Google Analytics dashboard inside the admin, pulling from the Google Analytics Data API, so the team sees traffic next to the pages they edit instead of logging into another tool.

Why not WordPress here

The company wanted the site to be part of its own product story, with a design system and animations that WordPress would have fought. And the team is technical; a purpose-built admin with exactly the fields they need was faster for them than a general-purpose editor.

What I learned

  • A per-page editor beats a universal one. People edit faster when the form matches the page.
  • Analytics belongs next to the content. Seeing numbers beside the thing you can change leads to changing it.
  • 3D on the web is a budget, not a feature. Decide the frame-time you can afford on a phone first, then design inside it.

Need a site that looks like a product and edits like a document? Custom web applications and business websites both start with a scope call.
